Refund and Return Policy

At PrintFlow, every order is custom printed specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following return guidelines in place.

Custom Orders Are Final Sale

All custom printed items are final sale due to personalization. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom cups

  • Custom napkins

  • Custom can coolers

  • Any item printed with names, dates, logos, or custom artwork

Since each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect information submitted at checkout, or event cancellations.

Please review your order details carefully before submitting.


Damaged, Defective, or Printing Errors

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If there is a defect, damage, or printing error caused by us, we will gladly:

  • Reprint your order, or

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

To qualify, claims must meet the requirements below.


How to Submit a Claim

If you believe your order has a defect or printing issue, you must:

  1. Submit your claim within 5 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos showing:

    • The issue

    • The full product

    • The packaging (if applicable)

  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.


Return Eligibility (If Approved)

If a return is approved by our team:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging when possible

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was caused by PrintFlow (such as incorrect printing or fulfillment mistake).

If a return is approved due to our error, we will provide instructions for resolution and cover applicable return shipping costs.


Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all personalization details prior to submitting their order. PrintFlow is not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors submitted by the customer

  • Incorrect dates or names provided at checkout

  • Design choices approved by the customer
